Intentional Living

This six-week group is based on the science-based principles from Martin Seligman’s model of happiness and well being. Each week explore a different aspect of this model.

The 5 elements of PERMA are:

Positive Emotion: Increase the emotions that help you feel good and thrive
Engagement: Improve time spent engrossed in activities that bring out your best
Relationship: Develop relationship skills that enhance intimacy
Meaning: Foster and hone personal and professional meaning
Accomplishment: Purposefully moving in the direction of your life goals

Intentional Living is a collaborative, interactive group. Each week explore an aspect of how you can become more intentional, effective and skilled. Participation in a group is engaging, mind-expanding and cost-effective.

As a result of this six-week group you will:

  1. Increase awareness of individual strengths and passions
  2. Learn ways to maximize healthy, emotions
  3. Identify the elements of healthy, supportive relationships
  4. Develop the SMART approach to goal achievement
  5. Examine life with increased perspective

Limit 10 participants (minimum 7-8 participants)
$250 registration fee/PayPal (refundable only in case of group cancellation)
