5 years ago did you imagine we would be working, schooling, seeing our primary care doctors and even coming to therapy through a screen? I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical, yet made the quick pivot when covid hit.
Now, I am convinced this is a wonderful way to provide quality, connected services and help folks overcome tough situations. Also I REALLLY love to see the pups and kitties that often make an appearance.

SAFE, SECURE VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
a balanced life is Telehealth, or video-based therapy. The Telehealth platform I use is secure, safe and convenient. It can be done from your home, office, car or any private space. Telehealth reduces drive time and time sitting in a waiting room. Studies are proving it to be as effective as in person therapy.
Hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday, 9:00-3:00
